  Patio Doors Repair

  Posted 09 October

  Gone the extra mile

My patio door had a gap at the top when closed, visible from the inside. Jake diagnosed a broken hinge from the photos, gave me a quote and came out the same day, with the parts needed. As well as replacing the hinge (which wasn't straight forward!), he also did additional work to ensure the doors were correctly aligned, as squared up as possible and now closed & locked to his satisfaction. All for the one price he had quoted. All in all, a good job done & a satisfied customer.

  Window replacement

Jake has this week replaced all the rear windows of our house. He is really helpful if seemingly a little casual. But don't let that fool you, he was very efficient in all he did. His quote was by far the best we received. We agreed a date for installation and he rang a few days before to remind me. The installation was quick (2 days), and Jake and Chris were friendly and tidy, clearing up and taking the old windows away. We are very pleased with how the new windows look and they seem to be of good quality. Cannot recommend highly enough.

  Composite Front Doors Installation

Removing front door and patio doors, and replacing with a composite door and French door

Jake quoted me for a new composite front door, and French doors. He was so helpful throughout the whole process; especially when I was deciding on the pattern and colour of the front door sending me pictures of what the door would look like. He was knowledgable and really put my mind at rest. His quote was very reasonable, he kept in touch when required, he was prompt, friendly, and carried out the work to a really high standard. I’m so pleased with the result and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jake again.
