The existing flat roof had rotten through so we opened up and replaced all of the hoist, insulation and ceiling of the room below. The existing softwood handrail had rotted to the point beyond repair so we supplied and fitted a bespoke hardwood replacement. We replaced all fascia and soffit and fitted vents either end fixing the previous lack of air flow.
This is a great project that we have enjoyed from the start with plenty more ongoing work for the clients.
