  Single Storey rear kitchen / family room extension

  John Cook built a single storey rear kitchen and family room extension Maidstone Kent. I was the Architect for the project and John was the builder. Excellent service and great end result.   Large single storey extension and patio

  We were recommended John and his team for our project. John and his team were very professional and friendly were always greeted with a friendly face and a smile. We were very impressed how tidy they were as we were living in the property throughout the build. On many occasions John's wealth of experience shone through any obstacles we came across were soon overcome. We would highly recommend John and his team for any work.

  John and his team were excellent from beginning to end. They were punctual, kept us updated at every stage and ensured we were happy upon completion. John consistently communicated with us, offered valuable suggestions and kept to the price quoted. We are extremely pleased with their work.

  Side Extension

  We used J C Cook to build a side extension and dormer, including a new kitchen and bathroom. The work was fantastic, he was always on time and he came in on cost. Excellent service and would happily use again

  Kitchen Renovation

  John and his guys have been excellent. Always arrived on time, communicating everything throughout without a hitch. They were taking up an existing floor and replacing the old concrete and lack of insulation, which will be screeded after underfloor heating down. They are also altering existing windows to our specs. All their work has passed building control inspections. Always left the site extremely tidy. Really easy to get on with and doing a fantastic job. The job is near completion and they have done a top job. Highly recommended!
