  Good communication, Jo is friendly,honest and helpful, did the boiler service and also helped with another issue and gave some advise at no extra cost. More than happy with his service, would recomend 100%

  Joe responded quickly to my request and was with me a few hours later, kindly giving me notice of when he would arrive. I was at home alone and felt comfortable with him being in my house; he was polite and friendly and explained the assessments he was doing on the boiler and water tank. He made sure the boiler was working before he left, and asked me to contact him in case of any issues. Overall very happy and would recommend.
