We were in need of an urgent boiler change and contacted JCC plumbing and heating to look into this for us, with an hour we were informed of the issue followed by a quote for the works required. The works were approved and the engineer conducted the works within less than 48 hours! Thank you for being so efficient and responsive at all stages whilst ensuring the cleanliness of the work and property. Job location: HA2Jack serviced my boiler and checking the gas pipes in the garage discovered a small leak by checking all the pipework and using a special spray to locate the leak. He the proceeded to phone the gas board to come outand fix the leak. He stayed until they came to ensure the leak was fixed. He only charged me for the boiler service. I would recommemed him as not only did he service the boiler he also checked the gas pipes. Twice previously I have had the boiler serviced but they did not check the pipes.
