Terrible.

Extremely unprofessional, didn’t turn up when said - changed the time 30 mins prior to the original arrival time. Then proceeded to be rude towards me when I didn’t see the email. I don’t use my phone at all hours of the day and I wasn’t expecting it. They didn’t even think of calling me instead? Worst customer experience I have genuinely ever received. If you want someone who’ll arrive on time and be nice it’s certainly not this company you should be going for.

Nathan replaced an old fence and gate with a beautiful new fence and gate. The quality of his work is excellent. He was quick and efficient throughout the whole process of quoting and carrying out the work. Chloe who does the administration and communication is also extremely friendly, proactive and eager to help too. Top quality company from start to finish. I highly recommend them
