This morning we have discovered that some wrong with our boiler. We have contacted Joseph. He managed to add us to his work load and he come. He was professional. He repaired our boiler excellent. Joe came over to repair my faulty boiler. He quickly found the the problem he repaired the boiler in just over an hr.

Woke up this morning to no hot water, gave Joe a call and he came round a few hours later and quickly diagnosed the fault and carried out a temporary repair until parts can be purchased and a return visit booked which will also include a service. Thoroughly recommend him, especially if you want a no nonsense honest repair carried out.

Great prompt arrival, Excellent communication, clearly explained the issue and what was required to resolve the problem. Explained throughout what was being carried out and how the issue may have happened. Carpets and floorboards needed to come to rectify the issue. Very tidy and clearly conscious of furniture and other items in the frontroom when lifting carpets and so on. Worked very clean, resolved the problem, cleaned up very nicely and I could not tell a section of the front room had just had floorboards, carpets and furniture removed. Excellent service from start to finish.
