From his first visit to discuss our requirements to the time their engineer arrived today I could not fault anything I would highly recommend these guys Check a trade how ever need to update their system I had to put in a false post code because my official post cost was not recognized

From the 16/12/24 to 24/12/24 I had them out a total of 8 times for the same job and each time they either forgot something, ordered the wrong part, found another supposed problem or created a new leak. The young lad called Oliver that came out the majority of these times was as much good as a wet blanket and even though I’m aware he’s newly qualified, he didn’t have a clue and certainly wasn’t kitted out with even the basic equipment like a pipe cutter! Avoid At All Costs!

I rang Jonathon @ J&C Home Services Ltd on Monday 2nd Sept 2024 to give me a quotation for reconnecting my LPG boiler, boiler service, and winterisation of my system. He informed me that the earliest he could visit me to view and quote for my work was last Sunday 8th September. We confirmed this day/date and he was going to let me know on the day what time he would attend. I messaged him on the day to reconfirm our appointment and to enquire as to what time he would be attending that day. Sadly, Jonathon did not respond and he did not attend either. I am extremely disappointed ☹️

The service was excellent Rowan called to let me know he was on his way ,sorted the issue efficiently and with care . Very relieved the problem was resolved .

Matt the engineer was courteous. Polite and his workmanship was second to none Will certainly use and recommend J&C Home Services Ltd again

*Shocked at all the positive reviews* Had a water leakage. Owner of the company came to the house, looked at the leak for 2 minutes and blamed us for the cause of the leak (even though the leak started 20 minutes after their own plumber came and tried to fix another issue). He refused to listen to us and would not explain his reasoning for how the leak occurred. He immediately walked out of the house, was angry and rude, and would not entertain any conversation regarding this issue. He finished by sitting in his van and playing music on loud until we left. No professionalism
