  Fence Replacement

  I messaged John on checktrade and he was extremely prompt in responding, providing a quote for the work and a suitable date. John and his team replaced the fences on one side of our garden and also at the back (10 panels in total) with some new fences that are exceptionally study and look fantastic in just one day as well as removing all of the old fences. I would definitely recommend JC Property Maintenance for their services.

  Excellent standard of work. Professional and polite service

  Fence panels needed changing, adding concrete post and rehanging gate. Work done was of an excellent standard with good quality materials. Done exactly how I wanted. A really professional and friendly, polite and helpful service

  Replacing rotted fence posts

  We had some rotted fence posts come down in a storm and John was able to come out the same day and put it right in a matter of hours. Very friendly and cracked on despite horrible weather, would definitely use him again.
