James was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. He was early but phoned to see if it was okay. James booked to service our alarm system, he assessed the job and just got on with the task. He also fitted a dummy box for us . A great service from James and would recommend JCL Fire and Security Services

James turned up exactly when he said he would. Explained some details of the job, got to work and sorted the issue. He’s nice to talk to and explained the work he did was under guarantee and if we have any issues to give him a call, 10/10 work!

Very happy with the work James carried out. He came the same day, replaced the battery on my burglar alarm, got it up and running and gave me some very helpful advice. His prices are extremely reasonable, he was pleasant and helpful and I will be using him again
