Complete house rewire for a renovation plus extra wiring for new kitchen and running Cat6 cables for a home network
Joe is not only dedicated to his work but takes pride in doing it the right way. No request was too much and he was great to bounce ideas off. I took all his suggestions. He went the extra mile on a number of occasions and came back to sort out snagging issues. He was also careful to make sure he had understood our requirement properly before doing the job. We could not be happier with the end result.

New electrics
Joe Cliff arrived on time, explained details of work to be carried out and made useful suggestions. His work was of high quality, he was courteous and friendly and carried out the task to a very high standard. I would highly recommend him.

Lights and fan in a bathroom and cloakroom.
Very neat work ,everything was clearly explained and all is as expected with a great finish. A fan was installed and 6 led spotlights, Joe fitted a switch which was necessary for the fan and managed to do it without damaging the wall. A single light was fitted in the cloakroom which he also picked me up a bulb for as it hadn't come with one, would definitely recommend.

Complete wiring including new kitchen and utility. Plus some work on existing electrics including external power.
We found Joe very easy to work with. He was always very considerate and polite. We have recommended him to friends and would certainly use him again.

Full rewire to 4 floor period property
Joe and his colleague are excellent electricians and I would have not hesitation in recommending them. They communicated well, were tidy and courteous. They worked well around other tradespeople and always worked to find solutions. Joe's pricing is fair and transparent with absolutely no messing around. J Cliffe was by far the easiest contractors to deal with and, in my experience, in executing a complex project including the rewire, smart lighting, alarms, external lighting, sockets, cat 6 cabling and wifi boosters. We'd be happy to recommend Joe and to use his services again.
