  Possibly new lock needed

  Jamie responded straight away to the request I put on and was able to attend within 4 hours He came out and accessed the locking mechanism and tried to repair it, when it was realised it needed replaced he let me know the price straight away and done the job there and then leaving the existing cylinder so no new keys needed Great job done

  unable to open upvc door

  Jamie responded promptly to my request and came round the following day. He quickly and without fuss, mess or damage opened the problem door! He effected a temporary fix that enabled me to use the door and ordered parts to complete the job. Jamie explained what he had done and fave a price for the full repair. Jamie us a lovely bloke who does a first class job quickly and without embellishment. I would highly recommend him to all friends and family!

  Front door locking issues

  Rapid response, rapid follow up and diagnosis, rectified immediately after receipt of spares. Acceptable billing aligned to industry standards. Would use the service again if required. Highly recommended.
