  Jim Matthews is a very reliable, professional and competitive plumbing and heating engineer who has been servicing my gas boiler and heating system for the last 3 years. On the unfortunate occasions (3 in total) when my boiler has developed a fault, Jim has returned my call promptly, scheduling a visit as soon as possible in order to diagnose the fault, order the spare parts and ultimately rectify the problem. Jim is a very knowledgeable, punctual and efficient engineer who clearly takes pride in all he does whilst providing an excellent service. I would highly recommend Jim Matthews.

• Bathroom fitting and replacement of heating system/boiler

  Jim was great when we moved into a new house, taking time out before the job to scope out what was needed. He then delivered a complete heating system (new for old) very quickly and exactly as we had requested. We then had our bathroom refurbished, all delivered to the standard and timeline requested. He was great to have around the house and always happy to help, not limited to just the work he was doing. We would definitely recommend, thanks Jim!
