We had an issue with our en-suite WC overrunning after flushing and Jake responded to our job request within half an hour of posting. He came a few days later and found he was able to fix the problem (rather than replace parts which is what we had anticipated) for a very reasonable price. Jake was prompt, friendly, efficient and honest - we couldn’t ask for more and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and recommend him to others.

I needed a plumber quickly due to a leak. JC are local to me and having used them before was not surprised them came straight out and sorted my problem. Fantastic service! Well done and thanks!
