The plumber replaced the siphon in my cistern. Extremely prompt. I would award hm 11 out of 10 1
I rang at about 5pm because my WC was flushing continuously, wasting water. The plumber came round and fixed the job, at a very reasonable price, within one hour. EXCELLENT

Fit shower pump, replace toilet flush, adjust a thermostatic shower.
Jake has looked after my Mother in Whitstable, taking care of a number of plumbing requirements. His work is first-class and he has always responded in a timely manner - totally reliable in all respects. I would wholeheartedly recommend his work and his personal qualities as a tradesman working alone in your house. Repairing and replacing metal pipework in kitchen,behind washing machine.
Jake travelled up from Westgate-On-Sea to Faversham which is roughly a 50 mile round trip on a Saturday evening,when most tradesmen would be enjoying their Saturday evening.He was polite, knowledgeable,prompt, efficient and showed genuine care and pride in his work.Would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone.Well played,young man??????????

Refurbishment of Bathroom
Having to completely change bathroom with not just fittings for completely different type but also rearranging all the pipe work as well putting displayed pipe underneath floorboards and moving both sink and towel rail to completely new positions. On completion not only was the work superb but now get almost instant hot water from tap. First time in over 10 years. Excellent tradesman highly recommended.

Emergency pipe leak fix
Had one of the lads on site go through a pipe with a screw, started leaking a lot and needed it fixed asap, Jake came and fixed within half an hour of a call and very very reasonable with pricing, I would 100% recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. Thanks again for the quick response and repair from Jake, saved me from having more damage and saved me a hell load of time and money.
