Jake came out to fix some truly baffling work left by another plumber and has been absolutely brilliant. The quality of his work is exceptional. He’s meticulous, takes real pride in what he does and finishes everything properly, rather than applying half a tube of silicone and hoping for the best. He’s also calm, patient, tidy and a genuinely lovely guy to have in the house. After weeks of ensuite-related misery, Jake quietly arrived and made everything good again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Jake sorted my broken bathroom basin, finding and fitting a lovely replacement within 7 days. He did this promptly, with attention to detail and in a calm and efficient manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Jake, his work is excellent.

Very responsive and well organised visit with good counsel on the next steps needed to solve the issue, plus a short term fix. The cost was £150 (inc VAT) for a call out less than one hour, which I felt was as a little excessive.
