The work was ok. The communication from the owner Jamie is rubbish. He avoids you at all costs so please avoid them at all costs!! You get palmed off and mislead. I even discovered this business isn’t a family run business it’s his own he made several years ago not in the family for over 20 odd years like it says. Full of rubbish all of them. I’m disappointed and although the work was ok it just seems it’s money ran with no care in the world about the customers. Trying to get hold of Jamie to discuss some issues is like waiting for Jesus to come alive. I just don’t trust them.

Through out the job we was praised by the customer for my teams work, building inspectors praising our work, any questions or quires was answered straight away, all the stops pulled out to fix problems when the customers plans and calcs where not correct! endless visits with the customer to keep them in the loop, was extremely ill on the one resent occasion and couldn't make the meeting which has sparked this bad review and was approached by the customer in such a rude manor i felt like the working relationship was no longer achievable, i thought it best for the both parties to save the stress and part ways with works completed. All my other customers have left top reviews as we deserve them! From all the good, being ill was a crime in this case.
