Painting excellent. Building flatpacks methodical and good results. Was very understanding when contents of pack not complete. Good communicator and always punctual.

I’ve used JCS for a number of jobs now. The latest being a bedroom redesign. The walls were stripped of paper and lining paper, sugar soaped and prepped. Jason organised an additional four double sockets from one of his team to be fitted and certified. At the last minute I changed the colour from a light yellow to white. My original 1960’s walls were not kind to the colour so additional preparation was required so they looked like new. I’m very pleased with my new room and the fantastic work carried out by the team. Great job!

We have used JCS property maintenance twice now and both times they have been exceptional. The jobs were completed to a high standard and promptly. They are very reasonably priced for the work involved and would have no hesitation and recommend them.

Jason made and fitted a bespoke gate to my own design. The old battered, rotten gate and posts were removed and my lovely new gate fitted. The new gate was crafted on-site. Each piece of wood was painted (from what I saw at least 4 times) then assembled. Great attention to detail.

Jason carried out various repairs in a mobile home over 3 days for us. He was communicative and professional. The work was well done.
