After having made an online enquiry I received a call from Alex within 2 hours and an appointment was made quickly and easily. I received confirmation and reminders in a timely manner. Although the arrival time was changed slightly on the day, Alex kept me informed until he arrived. I left the team to work on their own and they left the bungalow with all windows and doors locked as I requested. I received photos by WhatsApp as agreed. The invoice followed at the end which was good. Fully recommend JCU and would use again.

JCU Cleaning provided an excellent carpet cleaning service. Alex cleaned four wool-carpeted rooms and carried out spot cleaning on a couple of synthetic carpets, and the results were outstanding. Alex is an extremely likeable, friendly, and professional guy who clearly takes great pride in providing an excellent carpet cleaning service. His attention to detail and commitment to doing a first-class job really showed. A big thank you also to Rebbie for providing great assistance throughout the process. The work was completed to a very high standard at a fair and competitive price.

This is the second time we have had JCU to clean our carpets. The first time Alex and Lewis, who are so friendly and helpful, made such magnificent job of all of the carpets with their very effective detergents and super power vacuum cleaners. The most amazing clean was the removal of blood stains from a wool carpet. We were so pleased with the whole operation that we have had them back again, but this time it was Lewis on his own, but just the same he made the carpets look like new, one of them especially so. I have no hesitation in recommending JCU for your carpet cleaning needs.

Such a friendly and helpful company, they were professional from the first point of contact right the way to the completion. We are so happy how our carpet has come up and would highly recommend. We will also be using these guys in the future for upstairs.

Highly recommend JCU cleaning, very professional, and knowledgeable of products and applications to use to achieve the best result for the customer. We had three carpets and a sofa cleaned, which came up as nearly new after much wear. Very polite and respectful service, will be using JCU cleaning again without any hesitation.
