Porcelain Paving Works
We required a paver to lay porcelain slabs and borders to form patios and pathways in our rear garden and were let down by original trades person. JCz were recommended by one of our other trades person and when contacted they surveyed the site the same day, agreed a price and carried out the work to an exceptional standard and completed it as required and mutually planned. I have no doubt in recommending their work and will use them again in the future when required.

Single story kitchen extension
James and his team were brilliant. Punctual, professional ,friendly and helpful. He was happy to answer any questions I had and assisted with any queries I had about the build or anything associated. On a number of occasions James went above and beyond and assisted with extra jobs that were needed. The quality of work was amazing, and James also carried out follow up visits after the job was completed to make sure I was 100% happy. Invoicing was clear and everything was broken down and easy to understand. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Garage conversion, first floor extension, and other alterations
James and his team did a fantastic job of extending our home. Converted our garage into a part utility room, facilitating a 1st floor extension for new bedroom and ensuite. Also carried out plumbing, electrics and plastering to our kitchen and dining room. All works completed to a high standard with a friendly and consultative approach. Highly recommend JCZ if you are looking to extend or renovate.

Single storey extension to the front and rear of the property, including new downstairs WC
James and his team did a fantastic job on our property. They were very professional and kept us informed throughout the build with updates when elements were completed and ensuring they incorporated everything we wanted. They finished the work to a high standard and liaised with the statutory authorities to ensure the works were signed off by Building Control and Southern Water.
