We had very squeaky stairs on two levels of our house. Jay was honest about what he could achieve and did the first level so we could see the results. I recently hired Jay for some carpentry work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the start, Jay was punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would. He kept me informed throughout the process, especially when the cost unexpectedly dropped due to lower material prices – which was a pleasant surprise! He maintained a clean and tidy workspace. Jay was incredibly accommodating, listening carefully when I mentioned I needed to fit a desk into the space where the boxing was going and adjusted the plan seamlessly.
