My fan oven suddenly stopped working last week and I called JD Domestics who came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Jay came today and fitted a new heating element in my Neff double oven. He arrived in the allocated time slot, was very courteous, tidy and my oven is now working again! The price was fair considering he visited twice and had to order in the parts. I would definitely recommend JD Domestics.

Emailed J D Domestics late Tuesday night when put washing machine wouldn't pump out. Got a response early Wednesday morning with a booking and within 48hrs all fixed. 5 stars.

Prompt response, friendly and efficient. Excellent outcome. Replacement appliance sourced at very reasonable price and delivery arranged very quickly. Cannot fault the customer service from either Jay at the coal face or Leanne in the office.

Initially Jay visited me to determine why my Bosch Washer/ dryer kept tripping the mains on the dryer cycle. As the machine was over 10 years old I decided it was not economical too repair but to replace it with a new one. Jay was extremely efficient and professional so I ordered a new machine from his company which he installed a week later. Great Service and highly recommended 👍
