When I first contacted the company, Joe was very helpful. He provided me with knowledge and advice regarding the process of cleaning and descaling my external drains, which led me to decide to go ahead with the service. Debbie HO then emailed me the quote and booking details promptly and professionally. A couple of days later, the work was carried out by Kieran, who was excellent, helpful, and left everything clean. He was willing to go above and beyond, providing great service. I would highly recommend their services.

At £228 for half an hour's work, very poor value after being given an inaccurate and misleading quote.

J D Drains were very responsive and dealt with a blockage in good time so I was pleased with their service.

Couldn't fault the service from JD Drains. From the lovely lady who managed to squeeze me in on the day I rang, to the two guys who turned up and cleared a blockage in my pipe. They kept me informed and was speedy and efficient. Would definitely book again!

Excellent ! Rapid, Friendly and Professional Service. From enquiry to getting the report was Two Days, 2 !!! Debbie and the Lads bent over backwards to help me out of a tricky situation and I couldn't be more grateful. How refreshing to deal with real Human beings trying to help you through this nonsense.
