  Great job

James and Danny did a fantastic job repainting my entire house. They were fast, easy to get in touch with and flexible. They weee highly knowledgeable in their craft, and this being my first home, I appreciated their patience and clarity when explaining options to me and what I can expect from the end finish.

  Absolute top job

I had quite a run down house that we just purchased and needed a massive paint job The exterior was particularly tricky and we assumed it would need rendering and a scaffold We got 3 quotes, 2 of which both confirmed this, however James said both aren’t required and all is accessible on ladders and that he could scrape all the paint off and make correct with powersanding and skim filling masonry and exterior filler We went with JDH and so glad we did because saved £8650 on scaffold and rendering (neither was actually needed!!!!) and the finish the achieved and skill was top class! 10/10

  Painting 2 rooms

James did a great job. The quality is excellent I’m really happy with the finish achieved considering the walls were not great quality (old house).

  Money saved on plastering

We bought a property to rent out. We had taken off all the paper which left the walls in a complete mess. We enquired for a quote from James and said we needed a quote for painting what we assumed would be new plaster He advised he could get the walls plaster like with some vigorous preparation which would save thousands of “wasted” money on new plaster when it’s going for rental I must admit, my husband and I were a bit dubious because the walls needed substantial attention! We when popped back we was somewhat speechless! Outstanding result achieved. We seriously highly recommend!!

In depth knowledge partnered with sublime execution

We got the top half of our house plastered and fitted all new woodwork. After the quoting stage we opted with JDH and we are so glad we did Really professional company, extensive knowledge of products and saved us money on a (white mistcoat) when it was going dark red which would have added more coats and labour. Finish itself is as good as can be and my wife and I are thrilled!
