    Chopped through kitchen ceiling to access shower drain pipe work to fix leak. Making good with plasterboard and filler afterwards.

    James was the only quote received, but as it was at a decent price and I didn’t want to hang around with a leak staining my kitchen ceiling, I was happy to engage him. The work was completed to a good standard and in a quick timescale. It’s now 2 weeks later, I’m happy to report that the leak has definitely been fixed. Rather than mess about, James chopped out a whole section of pipe with the leaking joints and replaced with new stuff. Great, thanks.

    Radiator replacement

    I highly recommend James. He is punctual, polite and amiable. His prices are very competitive and his standard of work is excellent. He is a tidy and clean worker with great respect for the environment in which he is working. We have a number of plumbing projects coming up and I will be calling on James.

    Fitted some radiators upstairs and downstairs and fitted a new bathroom
