Jon did a thorough professional job going above and beyond to get it finished. 3 months on and the smell caused by the damp has gone. Our walls are dry and damp free. It had affected my health which has also improved. Jon is also a really nice bloke. Highly recommend.

JD Lacey were great, friendly and very easy to work with - great communication throughout, reasonable quote, no unexpected surprises and an end result we're really happy with. I started a new job the day Jon arrived so I was also really grateful he was punctual each day and did such an amazing job of clearing up at the end - never had such a tidy building job done!

Jon produced a very competitive quote following an inspection of the property. He did this at short notice and communicated effectively throughout. Where there was a need for extra work it was clear what it was for. He provided photo updates and I inspected the work after completion which was on schedule. I have had a problem with damp for many years and didn’t quite know how to sort it. I found JD Lacey damp proofing and was so pleased I did. Jon explained exactly what needed doing, how long it would take, and estimated it really quickly. He worked tirelessly to get it finished and cleaned up after each day.
