Jack and his team communicated well and are very knowledgeable in their trade. They were polite and on time. They offered to screw in the bulbs for my lights as well and explained what they had done well. Very good price too! They were good at problem solving and went into the loft to have the cable running from the loft to the ceiling which the floor to ceiling wardrobe would cover and put the loose cable into a box for me. They also cleaned up after themselves and took the rubbish for me. Much appreciated!

We had a frustrating issue with a water-damaged cable causing the circuit to trip, which also meant replacing several damaged downlights. Jack handled the fault finding and cable repair flawlessly, while also completing a full consumer unit upgrade. The entire job was completed to an absolutely top standard.
