WALKED OFF THE JOB AFTER WE HAD PAID HIM THOUSANDS OF POUNDS AND LEFT US TOTALLY IN THE LURCH WITH MOST WORK UNDONE AND AND IN A COMPLETE MESS. HASN'T EVEN HAD THE COURTESY TO REPLY TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL ATTITUDE.

After having previous bad experiences with tradesmen we entrusted check a trade and came across JDM Plumbing/James. Despite a few hurdles/set backs along the way, James completed the job for us just in time for xmas! James is a really genuine lad, informative, reasonably priced and reliable. Always on time and tidies up after himself. Would recommend 🙂

Stop tap in airing cupboard
James from jdm plumbing, came out on time, completed the job there and then, after he quoted me well, kept me informed making sure I was happy with the job in hand, I'd fully recommend james in the future for any job, big or small

Toilet macerator replaced
Nice guy. Responded quickly and came when he said he would. Got us out of a problem with guests coming to stay. Parts came out a bit more than we expected (it’s worth warning when vat is to be added) but labour was very reasonable and would certainly use again.
