Needed a fairly small repair. Few replaced tiles and a cap put on chimney to stop birds falling down. Got back to me straight away. Polite and friendly. Fair price.

We hired JDM Roofing to build a new felt roof, door and supporting structure for the side passage of our semi-detached house. We also asked them to replace the felt roof of our garden office. They were great to work with: hard working, reliable and responsive in their communication, skilled and knowledgeable about their trade. They were also good at listening and responding to the comments of our neighbours and solving different problems as they cropped up. The work was completed on time and within the sum quoted.

My house is over 120yrs old and at the time of buying the house it was still the roof. Joe had been doing repair work on/off for me but it reached a point the whole thing needed replacing. Joe was brilliant from start to finish. It’s a big outlay of money but Joe was incredibly patient, from the way he explained everything to me and the time he took to work with the building officer at the council to make sure everything being done was compliant. The work was second to none and the roof looks so good now. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Joe to anyone.

JDM roofing is highly recommended. I have an old property. I have used this company twice. The first time to repair a leaking tiled porch roof. The second time to renew a conservatory flat roof. I cannot speak highly enough about their services in any respect. They responded promptly; they provided open and honest choices, with costings, that allowed me to make decisions; they managed my expectations throughout. They kept to the start and end dates, and provided photos to me of what they found and progress. They followed up with a satisfaction call and provided prompt invoicing.
