Great price, Great standard of work.

Joe goes beyond what is asked. If you are looking to get walls knocked out and want a job done right, this is the place to go to. His communication is great and knowledge around structural wall knockouts projects has helped this project greatly.

  New Retaining Boundary wall

Absolutely fantastic job building our boundary wall. The quality of the brickwork is honestly some of the best I've seen, and the finished wall looks brilliant. A really nice guy to deal with – friendly, professional, reliable and hardworking. He clearly takes great pride in his work, and his attention to detail really shows. Everything was completed on time, exactly as agreed, and the whole area was left clean and tidy afterwards. Couldn't be happier with the result. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable builder.

  Our repointing was sorted out

Joe did a fast but pretty thorough job on repointing our brickwork, and cleaned up afterwards.

  Garage Refurbishment & Structural Upgrades.

The garage was in a bad state of disrepair. The asbestos roof was falling through with the weight of a lot of overgrown ivy. The structure itself was unsafe. The garage has now been totally transformed with a new roof constructed and the walls repaired and made safe. A new back wall was also constructed. New wooden garage doors were also made which look great. We were very impressed with Joe and his team. He communicated on a regular basis sending us photo updates as we are not in the area. We would definitely use his services again for future jobs and would recommend him to other clients.

  JDM gets the job done!

Joe and Glenn from JDM were professional and friendly, from first approach, through planning, and finally in carrying out the work, efficiently and with fuss.

  reliable building services

We had two internal walls removed and supports put in, ceilings replaced and all plastered to create a large open plan kitchen diner. Joe kept us well informed throughout. He's well connected and provided good workers for all aspects of the job. Fast, good quality and reliable. Always left the house clean each day. There was an issue with the structural engineering drawings and Joe sorted it all out
