  Fast and efficient. No problems at all. Would use again and in fact I did they serviced my parent’s boiler a few weeks later. Same quality service. Now have a calendar entry each year to follow up with JD Plumbing and Heating for annual boiler service.

  Fantastic service. We found a leak that had obviously started ages ago, which was very stressful for us. We had no water and needed to get it fixed quickly. JD plumbing and heating were great. I phoned early in the morning, sent pictures of the problem and received a quote within half an hour and it was very reasonable. The plumber came that afternoon ,and did a great job. JD plumbing took the stress out of an otherwise stressful situation will definitely use for future plumbing

  We wanted one radiator fitted. Via WhatsApp they were polite and helped us with what to purchase, which included buying the right valves that we weren't aware of. Then, when an engineer came out, he removed the old radiator but the old brackets were plastered over so they made an (unavoidable) mess removing them. They also found a fault with the boiler, which they fixed no problem. We called them a month later to fit the radiator (as the wall needed re-plastering) and they fitted it. Nice job and they were very helpful and patient.

• Toilet cistern not filling up

  No water going into the toilet cistern, therefore could not flush. An appointment was set up within 3 days of contacting them and an engineer came as arranged on time. Toilet was fixed, an excellent job. Cost was reasonable and as quoted.
