Disappointed and structurally non-compliant
Unfortunately, the work JD carried out for us was deemed non-compliant by building control. Following confirmation that the building control assessment had failed, I have not heard back from Joe Dean despite contacting him twice and offering the opportunity to put things right. Fortunately, we had not paid the full quoted amount , as initially requested and have withheld money due to concerns around the work already completed. I would urge anyone considering this company to be cautious, ensure you ask the right questions, and avoid paying the full amount until the work has been completed.Job location: SK710 Bathroom & Kitchen Plumbing
