Joe came at short notice to inspect a leak, after a short time on the roof he identified the source of the leak, gave good explanation of what work needed to be carried out and showed photos of the problem. A couple of day later he returned to do the work, a quick clean and tidy job at a fair price. I would recommend jd property maintenance for any one looking for a roofer.
