    Jack has been brilliant to deal with throughout the whole process, timely quotes, clear explanations and friendly service. You can tell he takes pride in his work and enjoys what he does. Both Jack and his dad have done a fabulous job on our chimney and fireplace, we are so pleased with the results.

    Jack and his father were very prompt for both the initial investigation and on the scheduled days for the work - to within the second of the agreed time! A few problems were uncovered during the fix which were resolved without any issues. Very professional. No hesitation in recommending them.

    David removed difficult to access plinth below fitted kitchen units, taking out old dishwasher fitting and plumbing the new replacement, and then refitting and making good the plinth. Previously two Miele technicians had been unable to solve the issue of how to remove the plinth.
