What a pleasure to deal with. Of the 3 recommended suppliers Sean responded promptly be telephone by telephone. We talked the issue through and the steps I had already taken in contacting equipment manufacturer SMA and OVA neither of whom have been back in touch. Sean requested photos of module units and status of system that I sent and later that evening Sean was back in touch with directions on how to fix. System now back up and running. No visit required. It is a while since I have dealt with somebody who has been so courteous and professional.

Couldn't recommend highly enough, very professional, courteous and very good at what he does and has an eye for detail and making things look very neat. Had issues with getting my EV charger supplied by BG \ Hive so went down the approach of buying my charger myself and finding a local tradesman to install. Sean came to inspect the setup and gave me a price which wasn't the cheapest but he offered to match the lowest quote I had out of 6 quotes I had received. Wish I could attach pictures to show what a good job he has done but never mind so all I can do is highly recommend him !
