Tom from J D T Tech Ltd was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised that after asking me a few seconds he came back to me. He was happy to do the work for me. I asked when he could book the job in & he said he could be with me in less than half an hour. He was very friendly & cleared up after the work was finished. I'm very pleased with the work and the cost. I would be happy to recommend this company to both family & friends. I should really have asked Tom if he had any business cards which I could display on our notice board in reception.

  Fault Finding

  Electric Car Charger Tripping

Quick to respond and arranged to call round next day. Problem was intermittent which can be tricky, but JDT quickly identified the cause. Unable to replace faulty unit immediately as didn't have the part but returned next day and completed the work. Guys were polite and efficient and so far appear to have resolved our issue.
