Toilet leak
I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to on this occasion because we’re so grateful for Jordan’s help. He came out within the hour after I contacted him, which was a huge relief as we had a serious leak in our upstairs bathroom. He was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He identified the source of the leak, took the time to explain everything clearly. Finally found someone reliable
After being messed around by previous plumber my house was left in a mess and I was struggling to find someone reliable. I contacted JDW and they turned up the very same day. From start to finish, they were friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. They installed a completely new heating system to high standard, and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. What really impressed me was how clean and tidy they were. Not only did they clean up after themselves, but they also cleared up the mess that had been left behind by the previous plumber.
