Jack was very helpful throughout the process of assessing our need, selecting best charger, arranging early installation, installing, testing the charger with car, explaining use of apps to synchronise with car controls, home solar panel /battery system already previously installed, and linking with Octopus Intelligent Go tariff appropriately so it all works well together. Price quotation changed up from original quote, but he explained why, and final price was about average compared to others I had received. He arrived a bit late but kept me informed about change in arrival time. He made a very neat job of the cabling after appropriate discussion with me, good suggestions along the way during all stages of installation, and demonstrating how to operate the system. He has been further promptly helpful after installation when I had queries about car functioning and settings by telephone. Couldn't be more pleased.

Had new installation of bathroom extract, loft light fitted and old fuse box replaced with up to date consumer unit. Happy with the quote and the workmanship. Would definitely recommend.

Jim came to give me an estimate, there was no pressure at all from him. He came at a prearranged time and was polite and helpful. His price was more than favourable and we enlisted his service to install our bathroom extraction fan. His work was excellent and he protected our carpets and bathroom area. I would highly recommend jim to anyone and we would most definitely use him again without hesitation. We would.d like to thank him enormously.

Contacted me, arranged a time to come and do the job. Was fixed same day. Polite, explained what could be wrong, fixed straight away.

We had a circuit keep tripping out and wouldn't reset. It was all checked thoughly and a new plug cover was fitted. Turned up earliy and was very professional, polite and friendly and worked well and cleaned up so no mess left.
