I had rats in the garden. James quickly assessed the situation, and put down bait. The second visit the bait was all taken and so more put down. The third and final visit the bait was intact so the rats were gone. James filled in the holes for me. A perfect job.

I messaged JECO on the Wednesday evening in a panic and by the Thursday morning our wasps nest had been treated. I’m sure we got lucky with his availability but I’m so grateful that I had piece of mind so quickly after initial contact. The service was fully guaranteed and I felt reassured that that would be the last of it. James was punctual, keep me informed on his arrival time, what the process was and what to expect. Will be recommending to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Excellent in communication and work carried out quickly and efficiently

James helped us to deal with a rodent issue recently. He was very prompt at coming round to investigate the issue (same-day) and talk us through the steps he was going to take to resolve the issue. Such a friendly and knowledgeable guy. We felt very safe in his hands.
