10Verified ReviewAfrim quickly ascertained the issue, a fault with the power companies' equipment, which only the power company are allowed to fix. Afrim was great, he gave us the points to tell the power company and even spoke to them himself to try and expediate the serious of the problem and reduce the time it would take for them to come and fix it. Afrim only charged us the call out cost, even though he utilised more of his time helping us. Not only is Afrim an extremely efficient and competent person, he is also caring, he checked later to see if the problem had been fixed. I highly recommend Afrim.
