Very pleased with the work done by Joseph he was efficient and informative, and made sure that I was happy with the new front door lock and replacement window lock before he left.

I lost my keys while out for a walk and remembered that I had my postcode on the key fob. I searched checkatrade for a locksmith and of the 3 selected for me I heard within minutes from JE Locksmith. I was very impressed with their efficiency and understanding. The quote was fair and I was asked how many keys I would like. A time was agreed for the following morning. Joseph arrived on time, discussed the options and completed the work very quickly. He was extremely kind and made sure that I was happy with the lock before he left.

Contacted Joseph who arranged an appointment with a narrow time window. He rang ahead to make sure I was in. With his expertise, he had replaced the bolt within minutes, leaving no mess whatsoever. Highly recommended.
