End of Tenancy / Move Cleaning

  Posted 2 days ago

Fantastic and professional job despite difficult letting agent.

End of tenancy Review. We used them for an end of tenancy clean and they were fantastic. The landlord and letting agency are notoriously strict, but the team left the property absolutely spotless. Everything from the appliances to the windows and carpets looked like new. Professional, efficient, and took all the stress out of moving. Couldn't recommend them enough.

  Deep Cleaning Services

  Impressed with the result

Residential Deep Clean I asked for a full deep clean and they went way beyond what I expected. Baseboards, door frames, behind furniture, places most people skip, were completely spotless. Coming back into the house felt like stepping into a brand-new home. The team was dead punctual, super respectful, and worked non-stop. If you need a deep clean done right, don't even hesitate.

  Commercial Property Deep Clean

We needed a thorough deep clean for our commercial space and these guys were fantastic. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and the difference in the building was night and day. Every work surface, bathroom, and floor area was left immaculate. Great communication from the initial quote right through to finishing the job. Couldn't ask for a more professional team.

Tackled heavy grease with no problem at all.

Keeping a busy commercial kitchen in top shape is tough, but they did an incredible job with our deep clean. They completely cleared out heavy grease buildup behind equipment, under units, and across the cooking lines. The kitchen looks spotless and ready for inspection. Hardworking team, right on time, and knew exactly how to handle high-level commercial hygiene. Highly recommend them to any food business.

  End of tenancy cleaning

Very bad experince ! Don't use them. Not professional at all. They are very slow inaccurate and lie about things they mentioned it is completed and it was not. I kept commenting guiding and teaching them how to clean. Waste of money 325£. Never again

  Response from JEMAR GROUP LTD

This review is completely inaccurate. Due to the severe state of the property, our 2-person team dedicated 24 total man-hours (12 hours each) working as quickly, accurately, and thoroughly as possible. Furthermore, despite claiming this was a 'waste of £325,' you have not paid for the service rendered. Our team completed extensive, heavy-duty cleaning on your flat without receiving payment. Painting our hard-working staff as 'slow' or 'inaccurate' while withholding payment for 24 hours of labor is completely unfair and misleading. We stand by the high quality of our work.

End of tenancy professional cleaning with carpet cleaning

The cleaners you sent are not processionals. I have experience in what the agency will look for as I moved a lot and I helped you and sent you the list. I came earlier yesterday to check if they have the list. They mentioned they will finish before night. I recieved a phone call around cleaners asking me to come and check because they will leave in 20min. I delayed my online meeting to come as I thought it will be quick. I stayed in the house checking asking and teaching them how to clean and what material to use! . I know what will be checked by the agency and everything I mentioned to them was clear and anyone can observe it. They lie about what they did and I needed to check again and again. I stayed in the car for almost two hours waiting for them to finish and I stayed after that to complete the tasks needed and cover the list. I appreciate they responded to some of my comments but this should not be the case with professional cleaners. They should know what they are doing and I could pay less than half of this money. They just want to finish and go! Don't use them they are not professional!

  Response from JEMAR GROUP LTD

Thank you for your review, Nesreen. We must clarify the facts. This emergency clean was quoted from photos that didn't reflect the house’s severe state. Our team worked 12 hours (24 man-hours total) on an intensive top-to-bottom deep clean, carpet extraction, and windows. Every issue raised on-site was rectified immediately before we left. Payment was agreed upon completion. Withholding payment for an agency report was never agreed, our free revisit guarantee already protects your deposit. Despite completing the full job, your £325 invoice is overdue. We stand by our work.
