We would whole heartedly recommend Jez. Jez to finish our extension when Yorkshire Innovation abandoned us after completing about 25% of the project. He did not take advantage of our situation by over quoting . He does most of the work himself with the competent help of Chris. He made no complaints about the previous builder and the problems he took over . He even adapted the design because the architect 's drawings were inaccurate. The standard of workmanship and attention to detail were commendable and we are exceptionally pleased with our new extension.

Jez did a roof repair, guaranteed it would work. On the first bit of rain after the job the roof is worse than ever and leaking alot. Jez has completely avoided my calls, texts and emails. I did get my managing agent to call (I'm a landlord) as Jez didn't know their phone number and he answered straight away, said he had been meaning to call me and would. Two days later and no call, no reply to texts or calls. Jez has basically taken my money, not solved my leak and I now need to pay someone else to come out.

Very pleased with the job and the price

The work was assessed in quite bad weather, so was going to do it the following day. It brightened up so came back and sorted it immediately. Nice guys and realistic price.

Excellent work carried out by a very courteous and reliable firm. Would not hesitate to have further jobs done and would highly recommend jez.
