I have used Billy of Jesmond roofing many times over the last 10 years. He is a great character and absolute perfectionist. He will not allow anything except perfection, - which is unique in the dodgy world of cowboy roofers. I would give him 11 out of 10 in everything except time / reliability. This is because his work is soo weather dependant, he cannot risk coming and opening up your roof if there is a rain possibility. Simililarly, if he has an emergancy call, he has to attend when my work can wait a few hours. This is typicall of all roof work, - but he is honest about it.
