  Had an overflowing drain Callum answered straight away came out with the hour and sorted it out, He was quick , clear and efficient. He cleared all the mess and gave me some advice definitely would use again thanks!

  Drain survey and repair

  Callum came and surveyed our drains since we had a bad blockage. Turned out it wasn’t a blockage but the pipes were broken in multiple places under the back garden. It was a serious problem as the waste was running out of the pipes and potentially around the foundation of the house. Callum booked us in to fix it on the Saturday since it was an urgent job, politely talked us through everything that needed doing and checked in with us every step of the process. Lovely guy and his team too, would recommend his services to anyone. We’re so glad we can use the toilet again too!!

  Fixing outdoor drain and gulley.

  Callum was excellent, he asked for photos and gave a very reasonable quote for the job which we snapped up. On his first visit he informed us the problem was bigger than expected and communicated clearly with us to fix the issue. He booked us in withing 4 days of his initial visit. Him and his colleague worked quickly, efficiently to get the problem resolved. Even when he needed to adjust the plan he made it clear and checked with us before going ahead. If I had any further drain issues Callum and Co would be my first call. I appreciated their speed and excellent customer service thank you !

  Communication was brilliant. Turned up when they said and kept me fully informed of the problem and works required. Appreciated their honesty with resolving the issue. Hopefully won't need to use them again but would highly recommend
