10 Drain survey and repair

Callum came and surveyed our drains since we had a bad blockage. Turned out it wasn’t a blockage but the pipes were broken in multiple places under the back garden. It was a serious problem as the waste was running out of the pipes and potentially around the foundation of the house. Callum booked us in to fix it on the Saturday since it was an urgent job, politely talked us through everything that needed doing and checked in with us every step of the process. Lovely guy and his team too, would recommend his services to anyone. Callum was excellent, he asked for photos and gave a very reasonable quote for the job which we snapped up. On his first visit he informed us the problem was bigger than expected and communicated clearly with us to fix the issue. He booked us in withing 4 days of his initial visit. Him and his colleague worked quickly, efficiently to get the problem resolved. Even when he needed to adjust the plan he made it clear and checked with us before going ahead.
