Great job,

I recently booked this company for an oven cleaning, and the job was completed to the highest quality. I was very impressed, and it was definitely money well spent. However, their scheduling needs improvement. I booked for a Tue and rearranged to be home, but no one turned up. After I reached out, they rescheduled for the next day, but again, no one showed up. They finally arrived on Thur, forcing me to rearrange my entire week. It was disappointing not to receive any communication about the delays. They did apologise, explaining that another job had overrun, but better communication is needed

Brilliant service! The students did not clear out their room in time so Jeti cleaners agreed to come back later and worked until 4.30am. They did a real thorough job and would absolutely recommend!

They were very efficient and worked in a very timely manner. Genuinely very impressed with their work and I will be definitely be using their services in the future

Booked for a 2 bedroom house which I accepted £170 I sent Videos to show all rooms 4 cleaners arrive at 2 by 4.30 they had finished and for me to check they re did a few things that they had missed After they left I noticed they had not cleaned blinds wiped dirty marks on Banisters lampshades not dusted kitchen sink not scrubbed floor not cleaned properly kitchen bin not emptied Sent photos and messages they agreed to come back the next day was very disappointed with this service not a Deep Clean. Inv for a 3bed £220 I was not advised after seeing videos I expected discount shoddy job
