Free advice
Contacted Jet as I could not enter my front door as it had twisted and would not open with the key. They talked me through how to fix it myself and saved me the cost of a call out ... Cheers Guys
Alignment of conservatory door locks
Julian called ahead to say he could arrive earlier which was great. Very friendly chap who knew exactly what he was doing and sorted out the lock alignment to both sets of doors. Would have no hesitation in recommending or calling again for any lock problems
Replaced two locks in a conservatory after the keys were lost.
We've used this company previously so had no hestitation contacting them to change both locks in our conservatory. I called around lunchtime and they completed the work by 4:30pm the same day. Great service.
Back door not closing or locking.
Jet Locksmiths came out within 30 minutes of a call on a Friday evening as my back door did not shut or lock. What a friendly professional person Julian is, he identified the problems and had the requisite parts on his van to replace the broken parts. Once he had replace the parts Julian made sure that the door was correctly aligned which it wasn't. He also resolved this problem making sure I was happy with how the door closed and locked. He left the door working better than it ever had. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will use him again for all future door and lock issues.
Stuck/locked front door
Came same day and fixed a very problematic front door with great advise on how to maintain it. Friendly and professional! Cheers

Remove and replace ECR dead bolt lock on front door

Help getting back into my home
