Avoid J. Evans Property Services Ltd.
Our experience with J. Evans Property Services Ltd. has been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving us thousands of pounds out of pocket, with an unfinished garden and no option but to commence legal proceedings. We agreed a fixed quotation of £11,394.20 for a new patio and paid the agreed 25% deposit (£2,848.56) to secure our booking and start date. After only one and a half days of work, James contacted us requesting a further 25% payment (£2,848.56). Efficient, punctual, polite
I had a very tall hedge and this was cut down by about 5 ft .Mr Evans arrived promptly at the appointed time he was very friendly and polite .He did a marvellous job with very little fuss and left my garden and the field behind my house in a very clean and tidy condition taking away all the branches.
