They are a poor company that lie to you and then ignore you when you contact to resolve issues, I have tried for 3 months to resolve this yet they just ignore me, they're a bunch of cowboys that should not be supplying and fitting windows etc, avoid like the plague

Supposed to be having a new extension built. So far have paid out £14,000 to jewel and £6,000 to their recommended builder. All l have to show for it so far is a mess and some footings. There has been a lack of communication, and when they do contact me it's just more delays and excuses. The work should have been completed by now,will be lucky if its finished this side of xmas.

I would definitely recommend and use again.
