Josh and his team were very professional punctual and tidy. The finish to are kitchen bathroom and toilet is perfect. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We've been working with Josh for the past 5 years on a variety of projects on our house and garden including knocking together 2 bedrooms to make a master en suite, renovating the garden including raising the patio and laying a new porcelain patio and pouring concrete worktops, and moving and changing the size of windows. He always does a quality job, is willing to try out new things and is happy to collaborate closely with us. He is very skilled, reliable and a good communicator. There's no-one else we'd rather do work on the house and garden.

I can highly recommend Josh, who has worked on my house over a number of years, replastering/refurbishing rooms and undertaking outside repairs, including a new roof. We are currently planning another room refurbishment. Josh’s work is always of a very high standard and he always makes time to talk through options with me. He is a good communicator and can be relied upon to keep me updated about any issues as they arise. He and his team are punctual and reliable and clean, tidy and respectful in my house. He is a very knowledgeable and accomplished builder in my opinion.

We highly recommend JF Building & Maintenance. Josh previously built a bespoke workshop in our garden and has now completely renovated a bathroom for us. His work is meticulous and covers many necessary trades, reducing time delay to involve other contractors. He kept to his schedule, is considerate, offered good practical advice and kept the area clean and tidy. We are extremely satisfied with his work.
