The work was all done trouble free. Invoices sent and clear communication. No mess left and the window is perfect.

Recently completed replacement door and windows at rear of house. Installed on 3 different occasions with 3 different fitters. All professional, curious and clean.

Paid deposit on time had long delays with getting a fitter, he's got a cold, hurt his back, to then find out they hadn't actually ordered the window after chasing the deposit before 'ordering'. Fitter came eventually, has managed to cut out large sections that were not required to be removed to fit the window and left the cavity completely open. Also managed to crack a pane of glass on the new window before it had even been installed. This took nearly a month to get the pane sorted. Ordered new front door and patio doors from JF Doors & Windows. Unavoidable delay in manufacture but the office kept us informed. Once ready, the arrangements for delivery and fitting were very efficient. John arrived on time, doors were installed and everything cleared away promptly. Good experience so far - hope the doors remain as good as they look.

Had french doors installed June 2024. Now will not close so called and asked for an engineer visit to sort out the door. Told that it would be a chargeable visit as they only cover looks/handle and moving parts for one year, glass five years . What is the point of advertising 10 year guarantee when clearly it isn't. Checked all the documents provided and it's not stated anywhere.

Brilliant removed old door and installed new one in a few hours.
